This texture looks like he has no face. I can see his eyes, but only from closer. The main parts of the face (like mouth, eye, snozzle) must be seen from large distance. Very god texture, but the blood and the gashes almost completely fades his face and the expression.
In 1 word: there isn't any differnce between a bloody clout and his face. So I'm missing the face-expression.
The blood and the gash isn't a grim thing. In the originl game there wasn't blood on the zombie (he was completely dried), I think that was the good way.
Anyway, very good job. At first look I thought he rewrote the dark-engine.
If there is a perfect form of gruesomeness, this is it!
Great work, and without question.
Very nice, but I'm missing his face. There was on the original version.
Could you be more specific with your comment? Thus far every version of this skin has had a face.
In my mind, this feels very complete and menacing.

...the dry and grey skin has more realistic feeling.
Looks disgusting. Great job!
