This is new NOD unit "Eye Of Kane" ( Work in Progress )
Works like a Scrin Planetary Assault Carrier ( little ship spawner ), maybe this Unit will be able fire a large beam to ground.

Она работает как у скринов этот..как его...планетарный штурмовик) тоже респаунит маленькие кораблики, возможно будет херячить лучом в землю
