Looks more like a laser than a railgun I think.
it is, C&C3 RailGuns is just a lasers, this is more Sci-Fi version.
As cool as it looks, a railgun and a laser are two completely different things I'm afraid.
But hey it's your mod, you can make Juggernauts fire cake shells if you want (please do).
It looks a lot like this Scrin's weapons beams.
I always can change it to whatever you like ;)
Just let me open my forums+site about C&C Games.

I personally would prefer a thick trail of smoke, with a bit of fire near the projectile, like a real railgun.
