The Whisper is a single player third person survival horror experience that takes inspiration from the Resident Evil 4 beta called "Hookman" by the fans for its environment, mixing it with elements from Haunting Ground and Eternal Darkness.

i reccomend you model arches instead of doing them with brushes

I know, I need to remove dynamic lighting from standard HL before doing that. With elights I can, otherwise I cant, it just looks awful

Modelling arches in Goldsource is pretty expensive, if you're going to go to that much trouble.. you might as well use Source.

No way man. I dont want to touch Source anymore, unless for creating lightmaps to import as textures into GoldSource. I'd rather recreate HL2 on GoldSrc than using Source for... well anything XD I'm a huge UDK supporter though

I thought D3ads was on the Gold source's side.I mean,your team clearly made the first HD mod for Half-Life,i would expect you to respect that great engine.We've already found out gold src has more features than anyone expected,it's paranoia that changed everything and HD mods started pouring out!You should be proud of this old but great engine!

The content on my profile was for a mod that I was working on using the Paranoia renderer with another person, they've seen disbanded and I've seen changed to another project. I did make a little content for Paranoia as it was, namely some explosion and muzzleflash sprites I had made for an old mod that never got off the ground properly.

I honestly don't know where you got the idea that I was pretending to be part of the Paranoia team...

Please get your facts straight before making up rubbish about my work...

I meant I donated the custom sprites for the dead mod to the Paranoia team and they used them.

You should understand a little thing
If somebody making mod with custom render,special effects,higr-res textures,he should make mapping on same high level otherwise mod will look bad
Paranoia team make a perfect work with their mod,and I wish this mod luck !
going to play resident evil 1 remake on gamecube emulator.......
