The troops in the image are just test troops, rocket launchers will rarely be distributed.

Though, does that mean you will add any kind of vehicles to pop up with that rockets?
by vehicle, do you mean a car model tossed on a horse? Because that's about as complicated as vehicles are going to get in mount & blade
I don't know. That's the question to developer(s), will he add any of tanks, armored cars and motorcycles or not.
We've tried it, but nothing useful or usable has come from our experiments at this point in time, though we can't say for certain what the future will bring, we can say this: Don't bet on it.

Yes.
I agree with BFK. The engine isn't as advanced to handle such things imo.
Please dont add Tanks like Parabellum did,they are pretty awfull
I prefer full infantry battles than inmmortal NPCs using a tank costume
