The year is 2019, five years since a fatal virus wiped out much of the human population. Anarchy has been set upon the world. Packs of the infected roam the countryside and the cities. The last remnants of mankind struggle to survive
Sewer City is located deep underground in the sewers of the once highly populated Hartwell City. Sewer City is under constant threat from the infected, however it is relatively secure as there is only one entrance, accessible only by boat or a walk through knee high sewage. Starting of as a small outpost the city has since grown rapidly and expanded deep into the abandoned tunnels and storm drains under the once populated Hartwell City
Reminds me of Dishonored's flooded district, especially with the cloaked man with the goggles standing in the water.
NIIIIIICE!
I'm stupefied that we'll be able to explore such inhabited areas especially due to their uniqueness.
And whether or not I was a warrior protecting this region, if I lived there, I'd imagine that MOST of its citizenry would want to wear goggles. The idea of getting such filthy water in one's eyes as one moves about? Unbearable! I'd be tempted to wear a kerchief/scarf around my nose and mouth too, as running about would doubtless kick up those disease-riddened water droplets into one's nostrils/mouth - not good for those that desire a long life.
Reminds me of Fallout 3, and thats a really popular game. Im ******* my pants of excitenment!
