Spot on!
I'd put it through a noise reduction filter, then push the gain up on the flanger just slightly.
possibly add a little chorus effect tailing the flanger.
then putting it through a high pass filter.
then you've got a far more reaper sound.
this is clear, well done and quite crisp if I can say.
I have a feeling the voice needs to be deeper, with a lot more bass...
