The Magnificence of Decay is a Total Conversion Far Cry Modification which places you in a small, explorable urban environment. There are no goals, except to explore and experience.

All the main lighting is fully dynamic. Streetlights, wall lights, lamps, etc. I had to use quite short draw distance and viewdistance on dynamic lights to prevent the engine running over its 32 light limit.
Also, I manually increased the maximum lights per object to 8. This allows me to effectively light interiors without resorting to lightmaps, except for the odd bit of radiosity.
maybe you could use a lightmap on street with full radius ranged lights. generate a lightmap, switch those streetlights to fake lights and place for 4 streetlights one real light without shader. so you could have maybe better light radius on street.
btw, next barrier is 128 fake lights ;)
