This release adds plenty to the mod, the main feature being Military building.
Hello, I would like to apologise for my very long periods of no activity. I would say it is inexcusable but I hope this will you forgive me, a new release for the mod!
The main feature of this mod is of course, building. Something I am sure allot of you have been looking forward to and here it is.
To install follow the instructions included in the download but I am afraid the mod is for the first patch of Universe At War only, due to the restrictions in the mod tools used it will not work for patch 2 or 3. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but I could not avoid it.
The mod currently is stable but I only one man so there are in all likelihood many bugs that I have not found, feel free to PM me if you have any issues and I will do my best to help out. Thanks.

This is much better then most other mods, which either add human units to a preexisting faction or change the entire game just to fit humans in, nice work old chap!

The only major flaw/bug I can see is that the construction units wont repair structures or units. Its a major flaw because as I have found out if the human HQ gets destroyed, its game over. With constant attacks and no option of repairing it makes the defending the HQ the objective instead of attacking the enemy
you can just chose annihilation mode in the map selection menu.
This is a nice mod but the human faction is very overpowered. Here are some suggestions.
Balance:
1 Make sure that the units occupy more population.
2 Limit further the maximum supply zones that can be deployed and the resources they generate.
3 Increase the cost of the production buildings.
4 Make the tanks do more damage.( the point of this and point #1 is to make due with less units. this will shift attention from macro to micro management)
5 Limit the tank hero production to 1.
6 Lower the dps on the UAV drone. (2 drones can dismantle an unupgraded walker easily)
7 Remove the starting two tanks or change them to marines. (the rushes are too op)
Gameplay:
1 Make the artillery unit faster
2 Add a transport ability to the apc.
3 Make the apc faster than the foot soldiers.
4 Add some building requirements
- the barracks and the motor pool should require a command bunker
- the air production building should require a command bunker and a motor pool building
- the turret should require a barracks
5 Add a repair ability to the builder(or some other unit).
6 Make the blue flames on the builder smaller.
I love this mod. It is done very efficiently and has great potential. I am looking forward to further updates. Thank You.
Thank you for your feedback and I shall be sure to make note of it in the next patch, I am afraid that point 6 of game-play is not possible though as that is connected to the model and I have no modelling experience/capability, all models in the mod are already in the game but unused.
Hey, you responded. Thanks! Lately I've been playing your awesome mod and I was thinking about the suggestions I've made. I think I was wrong about the dps buff of the tanks. However, I do believe that the frustration, caused by the bad path finding can be solved with a gameplay tweak. Maybe make the tanks more durable, or add a unit that can soak up dps.
Why Not Add More Us Mili Vehicles And Like make a Map For them Why Not Add Black hawks That can transport Infrantry 2 So that you dont have to make it harder for you to get units to a Place

I am on UAWEA version 1.00, I have put the HumanRes folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\Mods
I have the following on target on the shortcut:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Sega\Universe At War Earth Assault\LaunchUAW.exe" MODPATH=Mods\HumanRes
I've moved it around, changed to use UAWEA.exe (which doesn't work at all) nothing seems to work.
Any help?

Damnit. several months ago I played this mod and it was awesome. Now I wanted to install it again but I simply can't figure it out by any means. always: error, the game verifier failed to initilize. I have the original pcdvd here and everything worked last time but now, it just won't work.

Can someone please post some instructions on how to get this mod to work? I keep getting a message that reads "The game verifier failed to initialize." I have version 1.00 of the game.
Any help would be much appreciated, because I've tried everything today. I've been trying to get this to work for seven hours!
