The Rivendell Forge is very slow to upgrade to Level 3. Otherwise everything is so good.

Hi, since I use ver.7.1, and load a game always comes an error that the score is corrupted.
AI for Dol Guldor Death March 7.1 is weaker than AI in 7.0. In 7.1 they do not tend to use Power Spell often, whereas the AI Dol Guldor in 7.0 use very efficient spells. Also, in 7.0 they purchase their Heroes pretty quick. Has Dol Guldor AI in 7.1 been nerfed ?
the game crashes when i try to go into the skirmish lobby. any idea what i can do to fix it?
If the game crashes when entering Skirmish or Campaign:
Go into Application Data (type in %appdata% in the Windows search bar) > My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files > Saves and move out or delete all files ending in the .cah suffix. If that wasn't it, go back into My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files and delete Skirmish.ini.

You can change the game's resolution by going into My The Lord of the Rings, The Rise of the Witch-king Files and opening Options.ini.
You can edit the resolution in this file and it will change RotWK's resolution.

It isn't in the folder where the game is installed, it can be found in Users/AppData/Roaming/My Lord of the Rings, Rise of the Witch-king Files. If your game is newly installed, it is possible that you don't have an options.ini file - you can download the file from the BFME2 and RotWK installation guide: Forums.revora.net

The mod is fantastic, really. Thank you for all the work you guys put together for this project. My comment is related to Rivendel and the Skirmish custom hero. When I save a game playing as Rivendel and use a custom hero, I can't load it and play later on. The game crashes. With other factions (Lorien) it works fine.
Greetings to all developers of this beautiful mode. Everything works amazingly, only in some campaigns it happens to me that I can't load my saved position. my game crashes when the fords of isen mission ends and the cutscene starts, and says a runtime error has occurred and mentions rise of the witch king/game.dat
hello i playin your awesome mod with gt630m and i5 fitfh gen 1.7ghz with the lowest settings iam getting fps drop at huge combats [4vs4 Dead march] since my potato pc can handle bme 2 with highest settings is there any solve i can do it. and are you Heros taking feedbacks for ai ?

Hi, i like this mod. really good work(i really like the fact that achers have back-up swords and quivers on the hip (for anorians archers).)
but, i've a bug... the water is purple/untextured and i've a crash when i try to build the imladris library.
could come from bad installation ?
When the water textures become purple, it means the game is having a memory issue and just needs to be restarted.

Amazing Mod. Just utterly epic, I've been playing it for several months now, but lately the gameplay has been a bit choppy and I cant figure out why. I mainly play skirmish battles and the game runs fine except recently during matches just me against AI when moving the camera the game will slightly freeze for a second or two then continue it happens often enough to notice it, but the game wasn't doing this for the last 6 months. I know it wasn't updating to 7.1 because I noticed it in 7.0. Also, I have been getting the (Direct3D error 0x0x8007000e(E_OUTOFMEMORY)) lately but the matches i've played have lasted over an hour against death march opponent with at least one AI team player on my team.
my specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 5000 Series
16 gig memory
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 8gb
any suggestions?
Also, was there ever a reliable solution for the (out of memory) error that causes game crashes?
Solution for out of memory errors is to lower your graphic settings and restart game after every match. It is quite old game and it can't use full potential of your pc. As for the freezes and fps drops, it is similar situation and lowering graphic settings should help.

So I basically just play this game by myself and I'm trying to get my couzin back on into the fray of this awesome game and mod, we just have to find and buy the game, been searching the web for a decent deal.
Also, I have been thinking of getting into the multiplayer matches through gameranger or whats the other 3rd party client td3a or something like that? but is one more reliable for stable matches and fanbase?

i try to mod that mod but i cant.. i try to use final big.. generally its oaky but i try to change something like towers hp or genereic citadiel money range.. dont work.. want acces .. andd i just save my other harddrive and del and copy that place.. if i look that ini big my changes saved but in game not =(

Council of Elrond mission crash problem persists in version 7.1. I couldn't figure it out no matter what I did. I just can't get out of the hall. The game crashes and I get a game.dat/Runtime Error.

You never have to reinstall whole game. Just download the newest version and install it.
Hello, when I switch to 2.01 for installation and compatibility, the game refuses to launch without a cd, even when mounted or even with a cracked game.dat. What is the common method?
I tried to play Rohan to fight Isengard : medium 3 times but enemy so strong, I can hold them for 30 mins before they will create superior unit with heavy armor to overwhelm me.
after that I tried to fight Mordor cos I thought orcs and troll can deal with arrows but not with Easterling spearman and archer...
I swears that on previous version I can win these 2 factions with Rohan before, not sure, enemy units are stronger or Rohan is very weak.
My download is always crashes. What should I do?
Cant wait for the next expansion. It looks like the new factions is going to be fun.
