Very impressive, especially the complex city layout is quite appealing to me. It's just an aesthetic thing that annoys me, the glorious City of Kings should look more colorful, living and vibrant in its shining color palette, and not like a greyscale-3D-print^^

That is mostly because of the in-game time the pictures were taken in, which is late evening.
I probably should have taken some at a better time, but it was my first time playing the new build and I was rather.. enthused.

I don't know about Helm's Deep (There might be something planned, or maybe not. In any case, I am not in the know) but there is a Dwarven settlement in the works. It is unfinished as of yet, so I can't preview it.
