The Eridanus Insurrection is an Arma 3 Halo-based mod focused on the civil war between the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) and the Insurrectionists, various groups of rebel factions amongst the outer human colonies. This mod will include multiple factions, a wide variety of weapons and vehicles, and a custom made terrain (map) for you to play with. Now strap in and prepare to drop into Altis.

wow. That is incredible! (Can you control them via a computer or a control panel inside the ship?)
right now they are basically static guns (like any regular static weapon in arma). later on we will have it so you can control them from the bridge. even if that means that you walk into the bridge and go to a fire control computer which then teleports you into a respective gun. we will see how exactly we will do it in the end, but yeah, it's gonna be cool.
nnniice, that is going to be a nice AA turret to protect the frigate from possible aerial assaults :) 50 mm projectiles are quite powerful: Halo.wikia.com

Of course they also used shiva nuclear warheads and MACs, but I think that is too much powerful for the player to use.
All that fire power....and you cant use the MAC or the shiva.....

Well from what I can gather, MAC strikes from "off map" could possibly be a thing, maybe not in this next update, but at some point in time. It would have to either be nerfed greatly for more common usage, or more accurately which about 4X the size of the bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
When will this be put into the game?
