This is new new Russian toy for cutting enemy targeting systems. Unit under effect of this system will not be able to use it's weapons...
Disturber? That's much cooler than numerous numeral (pardon the tautology) unit names with designations.

Nice, I originally thought its the RADAR system for the S-400s.
In reality it is some kind of ECM system. In the mod it has a bit different, but really nice, you will see soon :)

Or more correctly... Комплекс радиоэлектронной борьбы (РЭБ). Appearance of this unit in the game was a big surprise. Nice work))
That's my wish to bring more special ability units to make the gameplay a lot more combo and nice ;)
It's nice to hear. Krasukha is serious complex against drons, radars. And some rumors said against satellines too. I think is dangerous weapon against USA Faction. Americans need something similar for countermeasures or something like upgrade of hardware and software of AI units or other electronic units. Sorry for my english.)
It will attack only ground units, for now... but will see :)
Reminds me of the Hydrofoil's weapon jammer from Red Alert 3.
