Yes, It will be in English but only me and a modified google translated voice.
2: When will the mod be released?
I don't know yet. There is still a lot of work.
3: Do I need half-life 2 to play the mod?
OOh yes, Not a standalone game.
4: Will some of the old area from previous Tds, be in the mod?
Yes. few places. (The school, hospital and the church from the first mod)
