I hate how the zombies are placed. It looks like they are standing there doing nothing. In black mesa source mappers are trying to add more realism and depth to the characters by showing what they who'd to when disaster strikes. The same thing is for the monsters.
Nice, though the doors by the zombies looks quite big, and there should be some blood/dead bodies.
Yeah, still some work to be done here. The doors will be getting a new texture and a more secure airlock style design.
The zombie placement is temporary. I like to place all my enemies and allies first while playtesting areas. Then once the combat and pacing feels right I add in scripts and such to make things more interesting.

It's turning out nicely! Although, some things need to be tweaked, maybe some new connections to those pipes up there, and changing the door size.
Lighting is kinda dull, weird of you since you posted good tutorials about lighting.
Keep light coming from the doors and the window, but remove the light from the hall (if there's one) and add a few red spots where the zombies are at. That's how I'd do it. That would help contrast, inmersion and all.

does this overwrite the halflife.wad the core one?
