Terranova mod for Battlefield 2

Terranova is a sci-fi first person shooter mod for Battlefield 2. More information to come soon.
the basic story line is...
1. World is polluted and many resources are exhausted.
2. Half of humans build gigantic ship and leave; government supported.
3. Humans on Earth get a virus that speeds up evolution and intelligence.
4. Those that left arrive on New Earth and start a civilization.
5. Humans on Earth detach from human species and become Kreons.
6. Humans send researchers back to Old Earth to check it's status; they are murdered.
7. Kreons warn Humans and build an army.
8. Humans build up planetary defenses.
9. Kreons land on and attack New Earth with their massive army.

Terranova
Derived from 'novus' and 'terra' which mean 'new' and 'earth' respectively in latin.
The Basic Plot
Far in the future, Humans have exhausted all the Earth's resources and such. A virus causes a pandemic and half of the humans leave Earth on a giant ship to find a new planet with resources and no disease. The Humans left on Earth evolve over the years as they grow immune to the virus. They soon detach from the name Human and become known as Kreons. Decades later, after the Humans have found a planet they call Terranova, the Kreons build a ship and head to Terranova to get revenge on the Humans and take their rich planet from them.

Location: Earth
Humans have exhausted the Earth. The world is polluted and most resources are gone. Cities are filled with dangerous smog. No new industries have emerged in the last decade. Oxygen is now manufactured for large cities. Only about half of the world's population exists since a century ago. The humans race is on its way towards annihilation and everybody knows it.

Date: 2128
Location: Earth
A government supported global project starts to build a gigantic ship to transport humans to a new planet. It would carry them in a hibernation-state as it searches for a new planet. The building of the ship is finished many years later. All of the known technology and many resources are packed onboard. Unfortunately, the government has only arranged for half of Earth's people to leave. The ship launches it's decade long quest as half the world's population is forced to stay on Earth with little control over anything.

Location: Earth
The humans on Earth have fallen victim to a virus. It accelerates evolution and causes many lethal deformities. The virus causes great misery and kills many people, but those who have survived are now better off. Increased intelligence and endurance has evolved the surviving humans.

Date: 2142
Location: Terranova
After 14 years of searching, the humans have found a new planet. Its atmosphere and terrain are verys similiar to that of Earth. It's slightly smaller and has no moons. It exists in a solar system with 1 sun and 5 other planets. The humans start a new civilization on Terranova.

Date: 2146
Location: Earth
Humans that were affected by the virus and survived are no longer human. They have evolved into an advances species call the Kreon. The Kreons now have a stable government and many new technologies. They swear to one day conquer the humans that left them here.

Date: 2176
Location: Terranova
Humans now have a growing civilization and are researching new technology once again. A group of researchers has been chosen to travel back to Earth to check up on the damage.

Date: 2185
Location: Earth
After only 9 years the researchers reached Earth. Once found by the Kreons they were tortured and killed. The Kreons then sent the remains back to Terranova. They now had the location of Terranova from the research vessle and started work on their own army and fleet to attack Terranova.

Date: 2194
Location: Terranova
The death of the researchers has spooked the humans. They arrange a planetary defense army and develop new military technology. The humans can only wait for the Kreons to attack.

Date: 2201
Location: Earth
The Kreon fleet is assembled and sets off to eliminate the human race at Terranova.

Date: 2210
Location: Terranova
The Kreons land on Terranova and assemble military bases. A war is started between two strains of Human evolution. Neither can leave, neither can afford to lose.
