Galactopticon is a single-player sci-fi comedy FPS starring a gang of hard-boiled interstellar pirates. The epic storyline will be supported by gameplay elements such as ironsight aiming and an RPG-style branching dialogue system.
I like it. Looks like it's hard to look down the scope though?
This looks brilliant! Can't wait to try it out :D
..why did this showup as a reply..
Armageddon has a point, how /do/ you look through the 'scope' under the sights?
or is that some kind of display?
It's an ammo counter :)
I actually really like the scope system implemented here, and when I shoot more compact guns (in real life or in-game) I prefer iron sights. Also any sights on a submachine gun besides red dot or the iron sight may be hard to use. I guess my question would be is there any way of changing the functionality of guns? Kind of like adding "perks" such as sights, secondary fire, or even a special feature.
Holy **** thats awesome :D
Yea really, how do you look trough the scope? Maybe lower the back end of the gun? It doesnt look easy to aim through irons to :/ BUt a good model nevertheless
cool it might look more natural to have some side handgrip on the side of the gun but anyway it looks awesome and original
So, when do we get an in depth explanation on how this bad boy works?
You pull the trigger, and lazors come out and kill whatever is in front of it.
but it's a submachine gun
It's a lazor submachine gun. It shoots pistol lazors.
Oh ma gad, I want one !
lol, all good guns work that way. I'll like it i'm sure.
looks like it has a pretty high polycount
Actually this is only about 150 polygons :)
pics of low-poly with wire frame or it isn't.
no you are a nurb mesh
If this is low poly, PLEASE USE IT INGAME ITS EPIC!!!
The fool lies
I can't believe you people don't know what NURBS is. The model is actually low-poly, but it has NURBS applied, so it looks smooth.
One word to sya " HALO "
