Tale of Two Cities is a Half Life 2 Episode Two modification. Its storyline is not based in any time of the Half-Life franchise. The world has been completely taken over under the dictatorship of Xenon 141. In these days only a few people can say their mind without being beaten to death. PURE DEATH. And you , as a new-fish rebel have set your target to eliminate the evil that keeps the hope away from all people.
Looks really nice man :P But the textures in the backround look VERY 2D.
The background textures do look 2D, as Raider7 said, and what is with the greenish shadow under the buggy? Other than that, it looks awesome! I can't wait to play it!
The background is made of prop_statics wich are having the model of a cliffside , if you want i will change it , i just dont know to what. And the greenish light under the buggy is caused by the light_enviroment bugging up bigtime when we call about ambiental shadows.
Well, if source can handle it, it would be really cool to see a little mountain of actual tree props rolling across the hills, much like the rockier areas of EP2.
Yes it is creatinly possible , hammer may not take it at a softer displacement rate thou. We have to use the 3 size grid. I will try to stack up some tree models on it , i also thing about adding a combine checkpoint ahead with snipers.
We'll add that to our list of "things to do."
Use shadow_control to fix the green light. :)
Why the fok didnt i never ever used this entity in my map facepalp.jpg
