That's not a helpful error report. But I'm going to take a wild stab in the dark and guess that you own Chaos Rising but not DoW2 vanilla, in which case you'll need to follow the instructions in the readme to launch the mod.
I get an error message after hitting end deployment. Something to do with "Fatal Scar Error".
Only on the map Thunderhawk Down may I add.
