Firstly, although I have already complimented on the mod's massive selection of weapons and armour, I'd like to just make a few suggestions which will make the game (in my opinion) seem more replayable.

Weapons: For weapons, I'd like to suggest unique weapons used throughout the Star Wars galaxy. These would consist of:
Thorn Of Ryloth - A rare weapon possibly sold by the Illegal Weapons Merchant.
Golan Arms FC-1 Flechette Launcher - Sold via normal merchants.
DC-17m Rifle - Sold via normal merchants.

Armour: For the armour, I'd like to suggest some type of unique armours, for example:
Dark Trooper Armour - Most would consider this un-canon, but if droids are included in this mod then couldn't the Dark Trooper Phases be plausible?
Katarn-Class Commando Armour - This could be sold via the Clone Armour merchant for 'a lot' of credits, with a high protection bonus.
Phase II Clone Armour - It'd allow more variations between the phases and increased protection.
Imperial Shock Trooper Armour - A form of stronger, more durable Galactic Civil War armour.

Lastly, I'd like to suggest a couple of new ships/designs.
YT-2000 - As the modification lacks a Corellian Model Freighter
Lastly, an alternated ship interior. (I don't mean a new interior for every ship, just 3 or so new interiors depending on what kind of ship there is)

Sorry if I sound kind of demanding/irritating, these were just a couple of ideas thrown together.
Cheers for reading. Once again, good luck with the modification.

Interesting, outstanding suggestions. This goes directly to my post It... :)
You can demand everything you want. We made an entire Suggestions board for something...

Now there's a nice thread for this I'd like to suggest some sith relics. Basically sith equipment that had been sealed away and is now available. Examples would be sith trooper armour and things along those lines :)

Sep 27 2010 Anchor

on the note of sith relics possibly hidden or "remote" worlds in a chest that you have to search outside the town? not sure how one would get a map to know where to look though.

You could reinstate the travelers to give you clues as to where these artifacts are for a price.

Ohhh i love this one.
While on the topic of travelers, how about giving them the "Do You know the location of someone?" dialog line? I often found that I couldn't find the quest giver because they moved too fast and the 'lords' were usually busy kicking Jawas. You could divide it by faction, like this:

Q: Do You know the location of someone?
A: Who exactly?
Q: [Factions choices, let's pick the Empire for example]
A: (...) [List of names in the dialog option, the kind you'd get by asking a lord]

Even if you're not in the Empire, you should be able to find out that "Dat deafstar iz cumin round diz 'ere parts"

Now as far as artifacts go, I don't know much about the SW lore (the movies and Kotor 1, lol), but I'd love to see Revan's armor and THE Mandalore armor.
...but, someone would have to model and rig them first...

Just a quick off-topic question:
Can automatic weapons be programmable or is the "archery code" hardcoded into the game?

totally hardcoded, we can only specify the "arrow's" speed, and a 0kg weight, but they're still doing hiperbolic stuff :P
Hopefully in Warband we can do more in this and other aspects, and remove those kind of limitations.

If you are referring to the auto-recharge system, well, that's if's fully self-coded.

I was referring to the single shot system, seeing as the weapons are based on the single-shot archery code. I was wondering if it was possible to make fully-automatic weapons.

Maybe on warband. Original don't give us modders too variety of options. :)
I think someone else at the TaleWorlds Forums were trying to turn this true. From a Modern Warfare mod.

Wow. That's a good bunch of suggestions today. Slowly please, I can't write it down so fast :O
Thank you Luke!

No problem, here to help in the smallest way possible. :P

Once I get some more experience, I would like to give another try at coding an automatic firing weapons mod.

I want to see dark trooper armours, specially the Zero one. Lets see if we can get somebody to make it...

Oct 5 2010 Anchor

I need only two armors: darktrooper and mandalorian neo crusader yellow version (or black version)

Oct 5 2010 Anchor

oh and gender specific Mandalorean armor( tho I think I stand quite alone with this suggestion :DD )

Oct 7 2010 Anchor

I consitantly stick Aneala Kinse in Mandalorian sniper armour and have don't care that there isn't any female modled versions.

Oct 7 2010 Anchor

I don't think there is any reason for a female Mandalorian armor. The Mandalorian women cared for being skilled warriors like the men and as such they would have used a slightly smaller version of the armor. However, we don't need Zero Suit Samus running around if that's what you are thinking Ca_Putt.

no, what are you thinking of me :d

that's actually why I asked, I mean in M&B many clothes alter their shape when worn by women.

something like this:
Comicartfans.com
Images2.wikia.nocookie.net
but I guess you know those pictures ;)

I was just messing with you.

Yeah, I had looked at those already. Personally, I think it isn't important to bother with small bits of eye-candy at this point.

Well, I personaly think that all armours should get those woman version in Warband. But I'm not the one doing that so I dunno if it will be done.

I'm not sure this counts as a suggestion, but hoods with capes that don't make you bald, or at least cover up enough of your head so you can't tell you're bald.

And some sort of Old Republic Sith mask, with a hood of course for added awesome.

Nov 7 2010 Anchor

I finished the Force Unleashed II yesterday, and I fell in love with the TIE-Pilot-Costume (the second available costume)... could you add this one for the 0.9.0.3 release??? (PLEASE =O)

ehh... 0.9.0.4 I mean xD

Nov 7 2010 Anchor

The Tie Pilot gear is already in-game methinks. However, I haven't played TFU2 yet so is it a form of custom version?
