Yep all of them.
try not to make it as Alliance where a large ship can't take out a small one even with all the weapons because you can only target one at a time. One very big trapdoor you don't want to walk into, as many guns as that large ship might have.

yep alliance itself is a great mod but it is a deadly flaw
It may seen like smaller ships might be able to take out larger ships, but they can't unless they specialized in doing that. Projectiles from larger ships have do more damage than the smaller ships, like a turbolaser from an Acclamator does about 10 damage while the ISD has 50, or was 60? I keep increasing it. And the larger ships have more alot more shields then the smaller ships.
I re-read your comment and relized you were talking about there being alot of targetable hardpoints. Doesn't really matter, the Acclamator has like 23 weapons, but it loses it's lasers faster than it can destroy them. Not like that's a problem. The only small ship with that problem is the Nebulon-B.
