Did you use a trainer or is this the new Command points stuff (as in more)
Never seen a trainer for EAW, but the land pop for the and the rebels is 20 and the 501st comes with 72 individual soldiers.
Also the Royal Guards deployed with the Emperor.
Messed up, should be "land pop for the Empire and the Rebels"

You know, the isd wasn't able to do atmospheric flight, try the Victory, that was able to do that and the scale would be more realistic.
what about tfu?
there were ISDs in atmospheric flight there (i think it were ISDs but victories 2 do look like then so...)
Wrong- venator cruiser was the biggest star ship which could get into atmosphere...
ps.tfu is just a game, many things there are just a lie...
