The Seed tells the story of Ludwig Thornwell, a young geologist who make a travel into the lands of a respected noble, Mr. Wikhenlhen. Wikhenlhen's lands have began to die, becoming very infertile and releasing a strange fog, and it's up to Ludwig to find the reason.

The CS itself is nice, But it lacks detail, overall it looks very rushed.
I would have gave you 9/10 if there was more effort put in the maps. But I really liked the CS nevertheless.

This is a very good mod. A lot longer than I expected it to be too, which is a plus. I also like the two different ways you can choose to go. This mod does a good job in using its dark, creepy, and dreadful atmosphere to scare you, instead of relying on jump scares. There are quite a bit of spelling and grammar errors though that need to be fixed, but that's not really a big deal. Definitely give this mod a try.

The finished version (1.2) covers all the bugs many where having so please, give this CS another chance people! You won't be disappointed!

As for me, this one is within my top 5 CS. Really well made, no cheapscares, two paths to choose from, 3 endings and over 20 maps. What else can you ask for?

I really liked this one! New ideas, new enemies, unique story, alot of events and quests going on... In short, you are very creative!

But your level design can be better as well as your scripting.
I went into the laboratory and it said "I can make the explosive in here like the memo said". What memo? I never picked up a memo about explosives... that script area should be activated after you have picked up the memo.

Some walls have glitches (walls touching other walls) and alot of areas are pretty empty and boring.

Was a really good custom story, never got to finish it unfortunately, couldn't figure out how to open the gate, but up until that point I had a really great time, good map design, good puzzles, wholesome custom story, and the map design is good overall.

Overall the cs is nice, however the small details are what's missing.
I liked the two-way storyline, that explains different things, that would have made me replay the cs-though I crashed entering the Quarters so I gave up.
The music was pretty good, though I hated the Archives.
The level design was lacklustre, it was missing a lot and didn't interest me. Also it was a castle, very Amnesia and it was bland, just another version of Brennenburg.
The atmosphere was what made me scared the most in this cs, the monster encounters were less scary and more intense.
The length of it, was great. I like longer custom stories as there is more to go through and so.
The story itself wasn't that interesting, other than the "black magic in the cave" thing.
I experienced a crash in the quarters section, which dissuaded me from doing another play-through in another direction.
I liked how you could reuse most of what you get early on.

That's it for me.
P.S. I tried going to the quarters another two times but it ket on crashing so I gave up, and this knocked down the points very slightly.

+I was on the fence about this one for sometime. I thought the beginning was well done, it kept you tense not knowing when the creator will finally throw a monster at you. I have to admit when it finally does come its quite a while into the CS.
+There was one chase scene where you couldn't see the monster, your character merely "felt it was coming". Which I thought was a nice touch on chases in general.
+The level design was pretty good with some variety.
+Fairly long

-The story was meh
-I didn't feel at all scared after the first hour of running around the place, when the monster shows up it didn't really make me panic or anything. I suppose scares are hard to pull of but its different when the creator doesn't try to scare us :(

The amount of searching was a tad to high for me, in particular finding that ladder piece was more my fault for not searching well enough. I didn't feel the need to search such a big room! In the end I was kind of scratching my head why the story was so simple and whether it was worth all the effort it took (which was what 3 hours?).

Too many bugs, unecessary mapping size, terrible lighting, confusing tips and useless tools
