Progress is coming, but also going. I had this project in my head for a long time, and I slapped it all together, not seeing the size and scope of the mod. I wanted this to be a mod that I did alone....

I see now that I can not complete this mod all by myself. I am not a coder, I am not a modeler. I am a mapper, but I'm not amazing at it. I have the story and basics all down on paper, but I am going to need a talented team of people to help me make it. I decided to scrap what I had so far (which was a bunch of test maps and a large start map that wasn't really going anywhere) and start putting the story pieces together so it blends together smoothly.

If anybody is interested in helping, I could use some mappers, musicians, modelers, texture artists, animators, and most importantly, a programmer. Few people have contacted me, and I will get back to them, but if you're interested, PM or Email me and I will get back to you

The reason I decided to do it this way, is well... I'd rather have a team of people to put this together than getting overwhelmed with it all and stopping production. So please, if you have experience with these sorts of things and want to make a cool single player experience, get to me.

Also, new concept art uploaded :)

It's good that you have come to terms with assembling a team instead of attempting to struggle along. Though it may have been a good learning experience, it may have been to troublesome and would have hindered the production of the mod. I love the fact that you are taking influence from two great horror series, and I wish you the best of luck.
