This mod will enable a few units to be trained by any side, also, a few buildings (most of them are defences) can be built by any side. You will receive more power when you build a power plant/reactor, you will receive more money when building/capturing an Oil Derrick, also Yuri's war hospital (Apocalypse mod) give you money just like an OilDerrick and can now be built by Allies. I can't give you a full description cuz there are a LOT of changes ! Try it, You'll like it :D

i have no idea what a Fanpatch is ...on a scale of 0 to 10 (0 = complete n00b, 10 = expert modder, so good that i could do my own games) my modding skills are about 0,50 ..:)) so what it Fanpatch ?

I just wanted an explanation. Look a few mods down, and you will see it.
Looks good. Doesn't it make the game too easy? Is skirmish bot able to build and use new stuff?
i saw some new units the cpu trains: Challenger Heavy Tank (Apocalypse mod), Seals and Yuri Clone (no matter what side they are playing) ...this is on medium dificulty settings (Or GodLike in Apocalypse mod, the one i'm using)
The CPu only builds the Grand Cannons no matter what side they are ...and that's too bad !
