This mod will enable a few units to be trained by any side, also, a few buildings (most of them are defences) can be built by any side. You will receive more power when you build a power plant/reactor, you will receive more money when building/capturing an Oil Derrick, also Yuri's war hospital (Apocalypse mod) give you money just like an OilDerrick and can now be built by Allies.
