After Watching the Final Episode, for the 5th time, I have added in the parts of the mesh that were missing. Here is the updated shot.

I know this would prob be a stupid idea but an upgrade for ancient ships could be zpms just a thaught.
not stupid at all. tbh, it wouldnt be practical as, from what we have heard in the show, each ship already has a ZPM on board.
Yeah but that is the point we have been told nearly every ancient ship anyway can accomidate 3 zpms so an upgrade could be anoth zpm and then 1 lats one or if they start off with none and then you would have 3 zpm upgrades.

Out of curiousity, are you going to retexture Atlantis at one point, because if you did i think it would look awesome if you did it to look something like the model i saw, however i cant post the link because my account is new, i could post it later, or email it if you like
The pictures are of a model i saw a while back on Scifi-Meshes, however the model i no longer up but i managed to snag some pictures of it before it disappeared, thought you guys might appreciated them, i know i found them useful when i started to work on my Atlantis Model
