how will it work? in the show it was invulnerable, unless you attacked it before the gate activated or if you destroyed the planeet that sent it
I'm pretty sure that making the shield constantly kept active by the planet sending it is impossible to do with the Sins engine. Also an invulnerable unit would destroy balancing, so I'm pretty sure it's just going to be like a siege frigate from the stock game but far, far more powerful. The mod team here seems to be more concerned about making a fun to play mod than doing things exactly like in the shows (probably a good thing.)
Well, the gate remains active for 38 minutes (if i am remembering correctly), meaning while it is not firing there is a window for attack where it can be smacked out of the sky
in the show its power by many ZPM's so like many other incidences through the SG1 series with enough power you can continue longer than 38mins
Whenever the Asurans come by my planets with one of thoes i will Make sure they pay by nuking their planets.

The standard gate stays active for 38 minutes, but with constant energy flowing through the gate it stays on indefinetly. Im a fan look up atlantis sieged by Asurans.
will it also be used to attack ships? i know it was a fluke but the sat. did fire and heavily damage the Daedalus, so will that be an option?
