Starhawk speeder bike

Like the WLO-5, the Starhawk speeder is more well-known as one of Hondo's gang's vehicles, but those were only stolen from Hutts. As such, the Starhawk speeder is going to be the main AI speeder bike for the Hutts in FotR.
