Pelta-class Frigate "Phoenix Home" image - Star Wars Rise of Hope mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
Star Wars Rise of Hope is a mod that will be based on the early Empire and its fall against the Rebel Alliance and its following sucessor the New Republic.
Phoenix Home, or Phoenix Base, was a repurposed Pelta-class frigate under the command of Commander Jun Sato in the years prior to the Battle of Yavin.
The vessel, the headquarters of the Phoenix rebel cell, participated in a number of battles with the rebel fleet that it led.
If you guys ask why its wings are closed is because Pelta Frigates uses them to flight better on space, with that in mind, I decided that the Phoenix Home should have that ability. When it opens it will show a pair of auxiliary engines to move faster.
Its armed with 5 turbolasers and 2 lasers, also it has its hangar which deploys the Phoenix squadron.

Wait so this ship has an X-Wings "Open Foil Position" ability any other abilities like Morale/ Fleet Commander Bonus, Concentrate Fire, etc.? Also will it start a battle opened or closed wings?
Yes, for the ability it will have to start with its wings closed, but you can just keep them open all the time you want.
That's cool. Lastly will there still be a damage debuff from opening or locking wings?
I´m not sure, but I dont think there should be any debuff.

By the way, is it required the Lock S-foils ability to open/close its wings?
