Star Wars Rise of Hope is a mod that will be based on the early Empire and its fall against the Rebel Alliance and its following sucessor the New Republic.
The Ghost was a modified VCX-100 light freighter owned by the Twi'lek Hera Syndulla that was used by a group of rebels during the Age of the Empire. The Ghost saw actions on numerous missions and skirmishes against the forces of the Galactic Empire.
On the roof of the ship, in the back, rested a VCX-series auxiliary starfighter called the Phantom.
The Phantom was a modified VCX-series auxiliary starfighter that could dock with its mothership, the Ghost. The Phantom was widely used by the crew of the Ghost.
The Phantom will spawn from the Ghost, like fighters.

I am curious however, is this mod based on canon, legends or both? Just asking because I've seen material from both.
I´m following Legends, but incluiding canon content as I see it fit.
will phantom II show up? or is that too hard to code?
Is not hard to code at all, but there is no reason to add it or to make it.
Will all of the Spectors be usable, or just a few?
Spectres, and in space everyone will be on the Ghost and Ezra/Sabine on the Phanton and in land everyone except Hera will be on ground.
Ah okay, It's just another mod that I've seen the Ghost in only had Kanan and Hera, which disappoints me, now are they gonna be season 1/2 or 3?
They far from being yet ingame as they need to be animated for the game and I´m not good at it, but everyone except Zeb are Season 3.
Nice! Two more things, does the Phantom have s-foils as an ability or do the wings automatically open when it spawns from the Ghost, and any plans for Sabine with the Darksaber?
It deploys its wings when engages enemy and as I already said, I´m not good with animations so I dont think so.
everyone is in season three, except Ahsoka, and we don't know what happened to her. is Rex in the crew?
I forgot about Rex, but he can be ingame.
Is there a SW Rebels Rex model in existance?
No, but I could try to make one later.
So just watched Rogue one again without anyone around so I could pause it during the space battles and rewind to look for more stuff and man the Ghost was in there quite a few times. It shot down a couple of tie fighters too.
