When you're down to only a frigate image - Star Wars - Clone Wars mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption
This is a total conversion mod for Empire at War / Forces of Corruption. It takes place right after the Battle of Geonosis in "Attack of the Clones". Replacing the Empire, Rebels and Zann Consortium with the Galactic Republic and Seperatist Alliance along with The Hutt Cartel, Pirates and Neutral Worlds.

These damn Light Cruisers! It just kept coming at my frigate fast and destroying hardpoints and then running away.
Pro tip, try hitting the engines first :P
Ya I destroyed their Acclmators first which took two of my frigates with them and once I was left with only the Light Cruiser I couldn't put enough fire power on it to get past its shields before it would run away again. I finally retreated and brought a bunch of Missile boats with me and with a evil laugh blew this little bastard to hell.
Wel that works :p I tend to bring a lot of corvettes and fast frigates with my fleets to counter that but then again, I usually play as the Republic since they have more challenging gameplay :p
Ya I am currently working on the Republic AI. I think they have trouble with the unique build structure.
Right on! That could indeed be a thing. Ai doesn't take it very well when core features are changed :p

2) A similar thing happened to me.
After a large battle, all that was left of two fleets were Obi-Wan and a Munificient-class. I hit the fast forward button and kept switching S-Foils on and off until I destroyed the frigate's shields. Then I left the S-Foils on, went to eat or smth and let Ben finish it up.
