Star Wars Battlefront III Legacy is a large-scale conversion mod created for Battlefront II using as many recovered assets that are available from the cancelled game Star Wars Battlefront 3 by Free Radical; including both eras (Clone Wars and GCW), a brand-new HUD+Interface and a few converted maps such as Coruscant, Cato Neimoidia, Bespin and Dantooine.
Description
Previously released on the Battlefront III Legacy Discord Server some months ago, here is the latest version of Legacy, featuring the improved version of Bespin! This version also comes with some Community Patches developed AFTER the initial Discord Release such as the Dusk Version of Coruscant!

Sorry, I'm confused, what's with all this pre-demo stuff? Wasn't this project in a later stage before?
As I understand it, development for this mod has shifted direction and changed hands several times. (I think it was even cancelled at one point)
No, the project was never cancelled, it's development only slowed down due to Fabricio's inconsistent activity; and, in fact, most of what is just being released was already available on discord, it wasn't made public in moddb because Fab was also the only one with access to this page until recently when he finally gave shaymin access to it.
The open betas were very barebones versions of the maps, these pre-demos are the finalised version of those maps

You need to also download the MoreMaps patch addon of this mod. From the Addons section.
I already have the MoreMaps patch in the addon folder but the Dantooine map is not there
I can usually have no problems with Bf2 but when I am using this mod my frames DROP is there anything I am doing wrong?

For some reason the maps come up on the instant action thing but no modes or eras are there, so they can't be played. What might I be doing wrong?
I have a problem, when I want to play Orbital Assault on Coruscant, the game loads full but closes. It does not happen to me with Cato Neimoidia or Bespin, I have reinstalled the mod but the error continues. Thank you

So for some reason i have the mod and everything but i can't start a match because somehow the gamemodes won't shot in the list. Any suggestions as to how i would fix that?
Apparently, you need to the most beastly pc ever to play this mod consistently because it always eventually crashes in space combat. Even though it never lags for the most part. I mean it mostly works perfectly fine if you stay on the ground the whole time, but that's boring.

Star, it's compatible with GOG or steam. All you need to do is follow the instructions which simply is creating an addon folder, and plopping the folder in it. If it has other things to like SIDE, then put that in the main folder,
Does anyone know why when I downloaded the pre demos it didn't work for me (I tried first the 3 and then the other two) but I removed them and downloaded the open beta 4 and if it worked for me (except for a map)?
