Star Wars BattleFront Commander, is a mod based around and dedicated to Free Radicals version of Swbf3, with adding small gameplay features from pandemic's swbf2
So Neomarz done some really awesome skins of many clone commanders in his clone ultma pack for JKA and since i am already using his clones in my mod why not go ahead and use them.
You will be able to build these guys all of them in Skirmish via the Command Center but in GC they will be buildable on kamino. They will not be Major heroes but minor ones and once they die they stay dead.
