AI not working Thread - Star Wars BattleFront Commander mod for Star Wars: Empire at War: Forces of Corruption

I know I commented on the main page about this issue I am experiencing but I'd like to get a better understanding of what's causing the AI to not function at all.
The AI just sit at their base (in skirmish) and make absolutely nothing, or in GC they sit at their planets and don't build. The AI is probably broken by something in the XML from what I have read but I was wondering if there is some sort of a fix on this that I just can't seem to find or if I should just reinstall? Any help is appreciated greatly!
