I've had a super hectic month which has prevented much from being posted, but here's a few screenshots of some Imperial stuff in anticipation of the trailer coming out. There's three, so make sure to check out each one.
I'm going to do a quick rundown of progress and what remains to be done later tonight.
am I just un-observant or what, but when did they add those Giant X things on top of star destroyer bridges everywhere? The look rather ugly imo. Just the lower bridge is ok, but the upper one that makes it look like an X is distracting, at least to me.
I am not talking specifically about this model, but I mean everywhere lately, I just saw the first episode of Rebels and saw it there, and a few other places I never noticed before.
It's literally always been like that; go back and check some of the ones in the movies. Its one of the two differences between the ISDI and ISDII
Its been quite a few years since I have watched the original trilogy, but I still don't remember having giant X's on the top of the ISD's. Weird, why do I never notice these things?
Maybe it's because most of the ISDs in the movies were ISD2s. The ones with the X-shaped sensor thing was the ISD1. I don't really know if that's the reason, I just took a guess.
Yea, I just re watched the opening to episode 4 on youtube and saw it had the big X, I just don't know how it escaped me. I have played so many star wars games, seen so much star wars on TV and movies, and I am just now noticing? WHY?
Kinda wish I hadn't noticed.....
That's not actually the bridge, it's the comms tower. It differs between the Imperial I and Imperial II models of Star Destroyer.
