Major News Update - (08-12-10)
Recently just completed my final exams, I sorry to all the people looking forward to updates on the mod, but not much has happened to the progress of the mod. Good News is development will now continue with no major interruptions to occur. I am changing some aspects of the mod but most of what has been previously been mentioned to my absence will still be developed.
Also thinking of changing the mod name. Any suggestions? (It feels to generic)

Just a quick question, are you by any chance going to program faction wars (and taking part in them) and blowouts such as those in other mods/stalker games?

just had some downtime recently, I'm now back to work, just gotta find the rest of my mod progress on my other computer LOL
Well, I perhaps could become an interpreter for you and Xiani *LOL* 'cause I really wish this stuff to be released. Played a Xiani's russian version - 'twas pretty nice, just the changes were too pour: in fact, that same original SHoC without the plot. But the idea itself is very amazing. If to balance it subtly and make running smoothly - that'ld be a great thing! ;)
I want to rebuild it mainly. Anyway, since you've played the mod you know how crash happy it is; my main focus is to get rid of all the crashes, make it English-Friendly and also get rid of the silly item changes and other small unessential script changes throughout the mod.
Would be a great help if you could interpret for me :). My main goal currently is focus on the enhanced graphics and realistic gameplay, then I'll get started on integrating FreeplayStart.
Looking forward this addition. Is there any concrete date of release?
I'm hoping for part 1 of the mod to be completed by Q1 of 2011, the only challenging part is intergrating FreeplayStart, since Xiani (creator of original FreeplayStart is russian) most of the stuff I ask him about the code he cant explain cause he doesn't speak great English.
I'll just have to study the original code of the FreeplayStart code and recreate it from start to finish.
New Items/Weapons + Unique Weapons/Items what are this new weapons bitch?
The idea is to include real world weapons overwriting the original number of guns in the game. But also adding some new 'real-world' weapons as well.
