A nice, ambitious and varied weather overhaul that manage to stay very close to the original Stalker palette of colours. Great job !

Nice job on the new weather however there are several bugs such as the ones david.m.e mentioned as well as no rain sound effects. I also don't feel like some of the new ambient sounds fit very well for CoP.

It's definitely impressive but ultimately I prefer the way Atmosfear 3 looks at the moment.

I am looking forward to any updates though and will give a higher review on a new release if it's warranted.

*Edit* Due to how obnoxious this mod author was to people simply reporting bugs and asking replies I deducted two more points from my rating of the mod.
It's a shame he feels he can treat people that way as his version of this mod for SOC is very good.
