SourceForts v1.2 is on it's way, I've done some beta tests and it's going along nicely. In the update, there will be:
- New Maps and updates to the new one
- Fort Sites - No asshats unfreezing your fort
- Flares and sparks to show when something is frozen
- Balanced melee weapons. The stunstick was more powerful than the crowbar
- Longer sprint time
- Outputs/Inputs on the logic_gametimer for when the Build time and Fight time starts, also to force the changes
- Rotation on the gravity gun
Along with that, there's some bug fixes:
- Fixed weapon animations on the freezer
- Objects not activating until touched when unfrozen
I've also already got some ideas for v1.3
- CTF - Oh my god! An objective!
- Weapon buying - Pay in frags, keep the weapons for the whole fight mode
- Turrets - I'll give it a try
While testing the flares, I got a bit carried away: Click me!
