There is always room to improve as perfection is impossible. The important thing is how far a person wants to go in terms of almost perfect. Even if you reach 99% perfect you still have that 1%, the problem is an extra 0.9% is way more difficult to reach than perhaps the entire 99% you might have accomplished.
