The focus has been shifted from Combine killing ant lion exploding madness to a horror theme.
When three people who venture underground, after being warned only minutes before a nuclear explosion emerge, 10 weeks later what they find is far more horrific then anything you could imagine. Powers still on, barely. Some residents are alive, others have been taken back to whoever, or whatever mutations could be formed from the extreme radiation. How many survived remains unknown, but whats matters is finding out how to get out.
