SFC3 Background Mod ReadME Author: JanB 26 Nov. 2014 This mod improves the backgrounds of the game with 1024x1024 textures I made based on original images from the web. As far as I know th base images were all in the public domain. To install run SFC3 Background Mod Installer.exe and choose the main directory of your Starfleet Command 3 installation. Have fun!
