Japan, 1550.

Our once beautiful land is burning. Fields and forests lie devastated. The armies are on the march, and the noble families of all Japan are gathering their troops. A great battle is coming, like the shadow of the night, down from the mountains. Time has come to fight, but will we see dawn?

As you might expect, this project is dead...

Sorry for the false hope I gave you in April, the mod will never be released. For many months the project has been rotting and it cannot continue this way.

It was a constructive experience for me and I learnt a lot about modding. This project was also the
opportunity to meet awesome artists like Skworus (aka Skvor) and Romainoir, who is now one of my best buddies in the community. They need support in their personal work too!

I really wish I could have finished this project. I understand and accept your disappointment and I am not expecting forgiveness: I’m a deceiver in a way. But I encourage you to follow the coming game Bushido: Legend of the Samurai, they are doing great and they need your support!

PS: I stop modding but I will stay active in the community as a bannermaker.

Disgusting excuse for a mod creator? You -aren't- even a mod-creator.
Led on for two years? No. You followed for two years.
No alpha? No beta? The mod wasn't complete enough, and neither are you clearly.
You wont forgive the mod-creator? No forgiving needed.
You watched this mod since the creation? Good for you.
This disgusts you? Then be disgusted.

It is definitely strange that people without any mod of their own make, without any care - Are allowed to judge those whom work hard to deliver.
Beggars can't be choosers - Want a mod that wont disgust you? Why not make your own.

As I said "I understand and accept your disappointment and I am not expecting forgiveness". I have sent all the files to different modders, but they will do what they want to. And by the way, it wasn't a "nearly completed mod". I am not a professional artist and I never signed an agreement when starting this mod. I know I created expectations, especially with the teaser but that was a mistake.
