Hi Baron, congratulations on the new release. I'm trying to run this version in 1920x1080 mode, but when I try this in-game my aspect ratio seems incorrect. What do I have to do to fix this?
My mod don't includes anymore widescreen fix from v4.8. Depends by version of Rtcw you use.
I just installed the game from my "RtCW" disc, then updated it to version 1.41. . After that, I installed the new version of "Venom Mod". I'll revert back to 1600x1200 and play with that resolution instead.

Hi Baron, thanks for your work. can`t start your mod, because i`ve install "REALRTCW 2.1 INCL. HD-PACK + HOTFIX" first. There is no choice in title menu for mod. Do you know a alternate way to start your great Venom Mod? (I don`t want re-install rtcw)..............sry for my english, I`m german. thanks for answering
Hi, first create a new folder in your Rtcw folder (not in Main) called Venom Mod, then copy inside it all MP and SP files. Now you can see it in mod list!

when u run Venom as a MOD from Real rtcw the on-screen menus become garbled and unreadable. Any ideas? I placed all the Venom files into a Venom folder, inside my real rtcw folder alongside the main folder as instructed above.
Yes, the cause is different menu, but to play Venom Mod under RealRTCW 2.1 engine, you need to put out from "Main" folder the file z_realrtcw.pk3. Now you can play the mod without problems.

Restored an incomplete conversation in escape1 level (SP).
Fixed some textures and effects (SP/MP).
Fixed AXIS arms in first person with correct texture (MP).

Do we do this first:
1. Install Knightmare or ioRTCW
AND THEN
2. Install this mod?
Or does the mod contains an install module for Knightmare or ioRTCW already?
The mod is compatible with both, just use Knightmare or iortcw.
So install either first then install the mod? Just making sure.

You can install the mod before too, it works with default game. If you use 16:9 screen you need also of Knightmare 1.42d or iortcw.

Yes, of course.
This mod urgently needs a possibility to disable the new A.I. and high difficulty level, cos it's simply not enjoyable this way.
Enemies are bullets sponges...
Everything else is perfect to me.
Will the non steam CD version work, cause that's the only version I have.
