Rise of the Crime Lords is a mod that adds the Black Sun Syndicate and The Hutt Cartel as playable factions along with multiple additions to the original ones as well as adding some new unplayable ones.

so couple bugs with jabba one on land he has an unworking deploy fighter ability and two he constantly spawns on the last battle instead of dying

I am working on Jabba's code, I already did some changes, I just can't figure out why he respawns after ground battles and I'll probably remove the spawn ability.

Actually from testing the hutt cartel seems fairly weak compared to other crime syndicates every battle i fight results in heavy losses especially on the ground

Well, try changing your strategy a bit and to capture planets that give you special units like SBDs and Droidekas. Also use the Rancor as a heavy tank to draw enemy fire and quickly destroy heavy vehicles and heroes. Use Jabba's Barge to quickly move infantry units and capture CPs. Skyhoppers are good for scouting and hit and run on enemy AI and AV turrets and use AAT's (which were upgraded a bit) to hold position and against enemy vehicles.

I feel like the aats shouldn't be the only tank unit the hutts have. they should get like some at-tes that could do a lot of damage.

Tried this but generally the stuff feels weak the genosian population wiped out half my force including rancors

The Geonosians are tricky, their sonic blasters damage vehicles trough shields. when fighting against them you need some infantry killer. Jabba's sailbarge should run them over killing most of the squad. Mandalorians are also quite effective. Swamp Speeders should also kill them quickly.

I don't have an AT-TE model, do you have any other idea for a Hutt ground unit?

well you could add the sail bridge that jabba uses as usable tank.

theres also the DDT TANK which was a Cis tank that was used by lok durd that could doo massive damage.

there are also hailfire droids but maybe you dont want some more cis units but i have some solutions

you can add laats which are flying transport units that use to be used by the republic and the clone turbo tank which the empire still uses.

there is also the umbaran stuff you could look into but thats all i have.

Only hailfire has a readily available model and like the at-te it belongs to nomanda who is not known for being cooperative

I see, well I don't really know what models are available and who owns them really I was just only suggesting units that I think the hutts could use. Maybe they could get some Zann consortium stuff but I don't think we want to ruin the uniqueness of that faction.
