The Sea Scorpion is Fast Sea-Faring Raider Class Gunboat used heavily by the Soviet Navy. Armed with the same Flak Cannon mounted on Soviet Defenses. The Sea Scorpion is the only Anti-Air Defense of the Soviets. It cannot win the war for you but you cannot win the war without it.
