Yes, Its essentially a Mobile Tank Bunker. If you don't put in a tank you can also opt to put in 3 infantry.
Great concept, but it looks more like an underpowered Battlefortress. Though I suppose this is cheaper, apart from being a mobile Tank Bunker.
