The SCUD Missile is a heavily armored Missile carrying and arming vehicle. Based on the designs of the long-forgotten V2 Launcher. The SCUD launcher can fire devastating SCUD Missiles with far longer reach than the V3 Launcher currently fielded by Soviet Forces. Currently exclusively used by the Elite Corp thanks to their higher budget. Experienced SCUD Launcher Crew are given access to the same powerful Tesla-Burst HE Ammunitions on their SCUD Missiles allowing them to potentially disable electronic forces in the battlefield.

Tesla-Burst HE? I thought V3 Launchers got "mini-nukes" at Elite status? Unless that's specific to this mod?
Elite Corp are the Tesla Faction so obviously their Unique Elite Missile Launcher Unit gets a Tesla Missile as well. :P

SCUD here seems to be modeled after C&C Generals one which, in turn, was modeled from a real-life R-300 tactical missile complex, so better to compare it to this:

It only gets Tesla Missiles when it reaches Elite Rank. Before that it's missile is the same as a V3 one exploding via fireball.
