Selected Individuals who had potential in psionic abilities or through rigorous conditioning were forcibly implanted into the machine. Their brains mutated further through genetic manipulation these candidates are often sealed to a fate worse than death and an endless life of servitude. The pilot of the strange vehicle was also fitted with an AI program help it in combat. A Cycloptic camera eye positioned on the front of the chassis allowed it precise targeting from much further away. Once it had a target the Incinerator could focus a large burst of psionic energy to the location. Organic matter often caught aflame and ruptured from the inside out. While large-scale objects such as vehicles or buildings often ended up splitting itself open. When it was found out how the Incinerator could induce these effects from such long distances the Enclave took it upon themselves to use it as their main siege vehicle.
