Following the defeat of the Soviets, Yuri disappeared. Quickly the allies discovered Yuri went into hiding and had developed his own army to conquer the world. With the help of the Soviets the Allies were able to subdue Yuri and bring him to justice. Or so we thought, With the return of the Colony Yuri was rescued from his prison and once again is here to take his chances on world domination with his bizarre and devious weapons.
